After Sales Service - Warranty

The products sold on the site Espace-Domotique.fr are guaranteed for two years unless otherwise stipulated.

All products purchased from 16/05/2019 and paid by credit card (payment in 3 or 4 instalments is not eligible) benefits from the extended guarantee PREMIUM

All products purchased from 29/01/2021 and paid by credit card (payment in 3 or 4 times is not eligible) no longer benefits from the warranty extension PREMIUM

The product must be registered on the Manufacturer's website for warranty if this is indicated in the manufacturer's documentation

The product is under the Manufacturer's contractual warranty.

The defective product is exchanged for a new product if it is still being distributed after validation by the technical service and the manufacturer.

Otherwise an equivalent product of the brand will be offered to you.

Any request for Warranty must be made by email to the address sav@espace-domotique.fr

The shipment of the product is the responsibility of the customer for years greater than 2 years except PREMIUM Warranty

If the warranty date of your product has expired we will offer you a product at a preferential rate.

  • For any return of ZIPATO products it is necessary to have a return number provided by the manufacturer.
  • For any product return the customer must have previously contacted the manufacturer's after-sales service in order to have diagnosed the breakdown.
  • Any product with short circuit marks will not be taken as a guarantee.

Fibaro products are guaranteed for 4 years.

Everspring products are guaranteed for 3 years

Qubino products are guaranteed for 3 years

Delta Dore products are guaranteed for 5 years

Somfy products are guaranteed for 5 years

Ajax products are guaranteed 3 years manufacturer and two years by Espace Domotique from 20/10/2021

Risco products are guaranteed for 5 years (3 years manufacturer + 2 years by Espace Domotique)

Visonic products are guaranteed for 5 years (2 years manufacturer + 3 years not Home Automation Space)

VESTA products are guaranteed for 5 years

Dahua products are guaranteed for 5 years

Hikvision products are guaranteed for 5 years

Terms of return after-sales service

If your product is in the legal warranty of 2 years the return costs are the responsibility of the company ECFV2D

If your product benefits from the PREMIUIM guarantee, the return costs are the responsibility of the company ECFV2D

Products can only be returned if they meet the return conditions set out in the GTC.
The buyer must request by email by completing the form here an RMA number
The buyer will then receive an RMA number in order to return the goods.
The buyer must indicate on the package the RMA number in order to facilitate its processing by the after-sales service

Products must be protected and packed in a rigid cardboard.

Any package returned without agreement and without document will not be processed.

Packages must be sent against signature in a box to the address indicated above

Products returned in an envelope will be systematically refused

You must communicate via your Customer Area for a good follow-up of the file
