Optex HX-80NRAM radio detector high mount curtain

The Optex HX-80NRAM detectors are mounted at a height of between 2.5 and 3m and provide close volumetric outdoor intrusion detection up to 24m.

The Optex HX-80NRAM detector has been designed to differentiate between humans and small to medium sized animals, greatly reducing the risk of false alarms. The HX-80NRAM is a battery-powered model with active infrared anti-masking function.

Adaptable to site configuration

In order to adapt to the slope of the terrain, the stand of the HX-80N can be horizontally rotated 180 degrees and can be tilted up or down. With built-in shutters and plates, the HX-80N can easily be configured to mask short or long distance detection areas to focus only on the area of interest.

Anti-masking for complete peace of mind

If the HX-80NRAM sensor is painted over, covered or obstructed, whether enabled or disabled, the active infrared anti-masking function will be able to detect the threat upon activation of the alarm system and then send a notification.

Wireless Convenience

The HX-80NRAM can be powered by various universal batteries, including CR123, CR2 and 1/2 AA (not included). Its housing can accommodate most commercially available wireless radio transmitters. The detector is thus easy to install on remote or temporary sites.
