Bentel 701P optical smoke detector

The Bentel 701P smoke detector works by detecting the optical scattering of smoke particles produced during a fire.

These detectors are suitable for general applications and areas where overheating of the cable can occur, for example,
in electrical service areas.

Requires the MUBRV relay header for detector mounting.

The 700 Series Intelligent Conventional Fire Detection Range is Johnson Controls' first range of conventional detectors that uses algorithms to more accurately determine fire conditions.

This provides superior performance and an improved false alarm rejection rate.

Thanks to an innovative design, the microprocessors integrated into the 700 series detectors offer built-in drift compensation that extends the life of the detectors, thus reducing maintenance costs.

The 701PH detector is EN54-29 approved.
