The transport of your parcel

Packages are usually shipped within 48 hours after receipt of your payment. The standard shipping method is Colissimo off without signature. If you want a discount with signature, an additional cost applies, please contact us. Regardless of the chosen mode of expedition, we will provide as soon as possible a link which will allow you to track online delivery of your package.

Shipping charges include packaging, handling and postal fees. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part based on price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your purchases in a unique order. We can not group two distinct orders and you will have to fulfil expenses of harbour for each of them.

A particular care is brought to the parcel containing fragile products..

The parcels are oversized and protected.

A supplement to the routing of the batteries, or products made with batteries is applied regardless of the amount of the order.

Orders shipped:

  • by Colissimo are sent to the lundi to Friday up to 15 hours on a Saturday up to 10 hours.

The delivery time is :

  • 48 Hours.(working days) with Socolissimo. (given by the carrier)
  • 3 to 5 days (working days) with Socolissimo International (given by the carrier)

For deliveries of free Space home Automation reserves the right to select the mode of transport of its choice.

The customer may subscribe to an optional insurance for the goods transport by contacting us.

The return of a product cannot be made without the RMA number.

The RMA number is to ask :

  • in the case of a withdrawal from the client account
  • in the case of a guarantee by e-mail.
The RMA number must be worn on the parcel send.
All packages not having an RMA number registered will be refused.

Parcels damaged or lost by the carrier

You need to open it from the carrier with a record of dispute.

The customer shall have the choice of the transportation of the parcel against signature , parcels lost without signatures may only be entitled to a claim.
