When the home alarm or panic button is triggered, the Vesta HSGW-G8-4G-SF1-868G control panel automatically enters into two-way conversation with the monitoring center via the built-in speaker and microphone.

This allows monitoring staff to hear exactly what's going on in the home, speak with users, determine the upcoming emergency, and send the appropriate help immediately.
